This past weekend the Blue Radiance Winter Guard and Indoor Percussion Ensemble performed at the Florida Federation of Colorguards Circuit regional at Strawberry Crest High School, marking each team’s third and second performance, respectively of the 2021 season.
Each team learned yesterday during the circuit’s virtual retreat that they had earned 2nd place—winter guard with a 75.38 in Scholastic Class AAA and percussion with a 79.60 in Scholastic Concert A Class. Additionally, the girls of Blue Radiance earned 1st in both the individual movement and individual equipment captions.
Up next both teams will perform at the Band Program’s home show, the FFCC Showcase of Champions on Saturday, March 20, followed one week later for their final performances at the FFCC Championships in Daytona Beach on March 27.
