Today the Blue Coat Regiment’s Directors Mr. B and Mr. Miller stood before a crowded band room of students, both newcomers and returners, and revealed their 2017 program, “The Trials.” For the coming fall the Blue Coats will perform music by Frank Sullivan, originally titled “The Coven,” with a retelling of the Salem Witch Trials.
Along with learning of their show that they will perform throughout the Tampa Bay Area, students were also informed of their 2017 tour dates, including summer band days, band camp and their football and competition performances.
Mr. B commented on today’s announcements: “We are incredibly excited about this coming season, and our staff is hard at work on our show design. We plan on hitting the ground running for our first summer band day in June!”
